day 245/246/247/248

This weekend has been incredibly busy! Get ready for a long post.

Saturday night we had Jenn's bachelorette party. We went to dinner, went to a piano bar, and then spent the night at Heather's apartment. We had a lot of fun, and it was good to all get together and hang out. We even met Tom Green!!

Sunday I slept!!! We didn't get much sleep the night before so I took a really long nap and it was FABULOUS! That night TLC had a special on people who survived 9/11 because of two guys who went around helping people get out. It was really interesting. It is hard to believe that it has been almost 10 years since that day.

Monday was Labor Day so I didn't have school or work which is always wonderful. I went over to Dad and Suzanne's and hung out with them and Hudson. Then I went to the park for a bit with Abby, before I came back to Arlington.

This summer has been one of the hottest one's in a long time. I think we had something like 65 days above 100 degrees, which is one day from tying the record. And in the past month whenever they have predicted a "cold front" it was more of a high of 100 instead of 105. But we had an actual cold front come through!! It is a definite blessing. The high today was only 80 degrees!!! And when I left for class this morning it was 69! How crazy!?!?
