Friday night was Jenn's rehearsal dinner. It was at Nick's aunt's house and was really nice!
Then Saturday was Jenn's big day! We spent all day getting ready. Despite Jenn having three nose bleeds and nearly passing out before the reception, everything went flawless.
Sunday was the tenth anniversary of the attacks of September 11th. I remember I first heard of the attacks from Mrs. Milburn before school started in 7th grade. Then I was in second period history with Mrs. Cates when a teacher came in and said the towers had fallen. I think I was at the age where I knew it was something bad but wasn't really sure how much it would affect our country. I can't believe it has already been ten years.
And today was my 23rd birthday! 23 is a hard year to get excited about, but I still had a good day. After class I took a nap, then Dad came over, than I went to dinner at BJ's. Overall it was a pretty good birthday!
